File downloads

What this tests. A CSV and a PDF sent as attachments with filename*, a report you get by posting a form, and a JSON file. Check names, sizes and hashes.

The rule. The CSV and the PDF come with Content-Disposition: attachment and two names: a plain filename and a filename* in UTF-8. Where both are given, filename* is the one to use. The stock report only exists as the answer to a POST of the form below; a GET gets 405. The JSON file is an ordinary response with a download attribute on its link. The answer key has each file's name, size and SHA-256.
