Multi-step form

What this tests. Three steps, each a POST, carrying state in a signed cookie, ending in a reference code you can check.

Three posts, one after another. Each answer goes into a signed nw_wizard cookie, and each step refuses to show until the one before it is done. The last page shows a reference code worked out from your answers, so you can check it against the answer key.
